Keep posts accurate, useful and relevant to trade work. Do not impersonate a business, invent reviews, claim qualifications you do not hold, harass people or post discriminatory, unlawful or misleading material.

Do not publish customer addresses, contact information or identifiable property photos without permission. Do not share credentials, tax identifiers or sensitive identity records in messages.

Reviews come from recorded eligible handovers and describe introduction reliability. They are not TradeScot workmanship endorsements. Businesses can reply to and report reviews. Report posts, profiles or messages in the app; block contacts you do not want to hear from. Moderators can hide content or suspend community access and review an appeal sent to support.
