Account terms
Version: 29 October 2026. TradeScot is provided by Skythorn Digital Ltd for business users aged 18 or over. Contact Skythorndigital@gmail.com.
Use your own login and provide accurate business information. You must have authority to act for the business. Company-record matching is separate from identity/authority and payment-provider checks. A checked record does not guarantee qualifications, insurance, workmanship or payment protection.
You are responsible for permission to upload customer information and for the scope, price, competence and lawful performance of your own work. The customer’s contract for physical work is separate from any business-to-business introduction. TradeScot does not promise leads, earnings, job completion or accounting/tax advice.
Customer job requests are a separate free service for adults aged 18 or over. Customers provide a truthful description and general area; TradeScot may review or reject requests. We do not promise responses, quotes, qualifications, insurance, job completion or refunds for work agreed outside TradeScot. Customers choose which responding businesses may receive their email, up to three per request. Businesses may use that contact only for the relevant enquiry, not unsolicited marketing. No customer lead fee applies during the pilot. The contractor and customer agree their own scope, price, safety and payment arrangements directly.
Free community accounts can find, post and respond to work without a subscription. Paid plans are Solo (£5.99/month or £59.99/year, owner only), Team (£12.99/month or £129.99/year, owner + 2 staff) and Business (£24.99/month or £249.99/year, owner + 5 staff). No free trial. Yearly plans are paid in full upfront. Staff access pauses if the business exceeds its plan limit; owners can remove extra members and still read saved records. Public paid purchases are not yet open. Read the subscription information for renewal, restoration and cancellation. Existing records remain available to the business owner to read and export after paid access ends.
We may restrict harmful or unlawful use, explain decisions where appropriate and provide a review route through support. These terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Live financial terms require a separate approved policy and checkout disclosure; the current beta does not take live payments.
