TradeScot is in owner testing. Public paid purchases are not open yet. The prices below are the approved UK launch prices.

Payment and renewal

There is no free trial. When you subscribe, your chosen monthly or yearly amount is charged through Apple App Store or Google Play. It then renews automatically at that interval until you cancel. Yearly plans are paid in full upfront: Solo £59.99, Team £129.99 or Business £249.99.

Your store confirms the charge and renewal date before you purchase. New checkout is available only when the store product matches the approved UK price and has no introductory trial applied. Staff places are included up to your plan limit.

Restore, change or cancel

Open Business plans in the app to restore or refresh purchases. Use the original store under Manage or cancel to stop renewal. Turning renewal off preserves verified access until its expiry. Store rules govern refunds.

On Google Play, a change of plan or billing period starts at the next renewal. Your current benefits continue until then. Check the amount and date in the store before confirming. Before moving to a smaller plan, remove extra members. If the team exceeds the new limit, staff access pauses; the owner keeps access to saved records. Apple handles plan changes through its subscription settings.

One subscription belongs to one TradeScot business and covers its included members across iPhone and Android. Everyone uses their own login. Restore with the same business and store account. A purchase cannot be moved to another business by restoring it. If verification is pending, use Refresh purchases before buying again.

After paid access expires, the business owner can still read and export existing private records. Paid editing and staff access stop until the subscription is restored. Deleting the app or your TradeScot account does not cancel a store subscription.

What these payments cover

The subscription pays for TradeScot business tools. A job or invoice payment record describes money received separately; adding one does not charge a customer or transfer money.

Electronic handover payments remain disabled. The agreed TradeScot commission on a paid handover is 10% for a Free advertiser or 0% with Business tools; payment provider costs are separate and must be disclosed before payment. Founder offers and monetary referral rewards are not active offers.
